For their part, Mediu's lawyers and the defendant himself said that SPAK had to prove what each of the written evidences had to do with Mediu's powers as a minister.

"Just as the summons of witnesses was requested, the prosecution has brought a volume of documents without determining anything. Without defining the responsibilities of the minister. A carriage was said to have been welded. We asked the prosecution to tell us where the minister's responsibility lies in the abuse of office.
