The former prime minister did not appear in the Special Court, but sent his two lawyers, Genc Gjokutaj and Sokol Mêngjesi, who asked for time.

Today, the decision would be given for the former prime minister, for whom SPAK requested the security measure of house arrest. SPAK's request for the measure against Berisha was sent on December 22 in an envelope with the reason that it has not implemented the court's decision.
