Prime Minister  Edi Rama  has reacted after the publication of the Audiovisual Media Authority's (AMA) monitoring for June 2026, according to which the opposition had more media space than the Socialist Party in the main news editions.

According to AMA data , during the month of June, political parties had 402.47 minutes of coverage available in the main news editions.

Of this broadcast time, the Socialist Party occupied 36.05% of the media space, while the opposition as a whole occupied 63.95%.

Referring to these figures, Rama said that they are " hard facts based on measurements and not on perceptions ", which, according to him, show that Albania " has no connection with autocracies or so-called regimes ".
