Prime Minister Edi Rama announces that the implementation of the favorable home loan program for young families of doctors, soldiers and State Police employees has started. Those who become part of this program can receive loans, while the interest will be paid by the state.

Rama said that this scheme will be continued next year as well, saying that they will expand the number of quotas, from the current 300.

This loan program with all interest assumed by the state. Today bank interest is over 6 percent, too much for someone with only one salary. It is not easy for banks to give this loan considering the perspective. Having this loan with no interest changes the panorama. It is a win-win program for those involved in this program. We had 300 quotas this year, it's the first time, the process had some bureaucratic problems, but it's just the beginning. Both we and the applicants will learn from this first moment and next year we will continue with granting loans, we will expand the number.

The head of the government said that the salary for the military will continue to increase every year with the aim of reaching an average salary equal to that of NATO troops.
