Ogerta Manastirliu has reacted after Prime Minister Edi Rama announced her as a candidate to take over the leadership of Tirana Municipality.

Manastirliu commented after the SP Assembly meeting, where Rama announced the decision to dismiss Erion Veliaj, who has been in prison since February 11.

She said that it is a great responsibility, as well as a great confidence-building, " we have a lot of great work ahead of us ."

"It is a very big responsibility. As soon as the Assembly meeting is over, we will have time to talk, it is a great trust, a very big responsibility, we will have great work ahead," said Manastirliu.
