The Democratic Party has filed a request with the Constitutional Court to repeal two decisions approved by the majority in the last plenary session.

The DP demands the repeal of the changes to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, describing them as unilateral and incompatible with the Constitution. 

Also, the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party requests the Court to annul, as unconstitutional, the President's decree on the "establishment and functioning of the Virtual Minister of Artificial Intelligence Diella".

We recall that the last session, held on Thursday, September 18, was expected to be a marathon but in fact lasted only 25 minutes.

The Socialist Party (SP) alone approved the government program as well as the changes to the Assembly's regulations, amid tensions and opposition from the opposition.
