The head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla has stated that the draft of the opposition is valid only in the case of the election of the People's Advocate, as in this case the head of the institution is elected by the opposition. However, Balla welcomes the decision of the opposition to sit down with the majority for talks on the election of the President.

"Their proposal is a maximalist proposal, a proposal that deprives the majority of the right to propose. However I welcome that there is a proposal. There is a readiness of the PD parliamentary group to sit down. We are ready to sit down tomorrow to discuss our proposals and their proposals. That would be their solution.
