Agron Loka will be the "Reestablishment" candidate for the Municipality of Kruja, since the other candidate Ndriçim Babasi, with whom he was in the runoff and the elections were to be held on December 11, has withdrawn from the race.

Ndriçim Babasi managed to get 346 votes in "Primary" and Agron Loka 548 votes, where none of them managed to secure 50% of the votes, because there were 11 candidates in the race.

Through a letter addressed to the DP Krujë branch, Ndriçim Babasi claims irregularities in yesterday's elections.

"I no longer see it as reasonable to continue the race for the primaries in Kruja DP, seeing and knowing each other irregularly on the day of voting with the lists and voters.

The reasons are very simple and meaningful, to pave the way for democracy, to strengthen the Democratic Party and to give priority to the victory of May 14, 2023," he wrote in the letter  .

In the end, Babasi thanks all those who voted for him, but also those who did not participate in the voting for various reasons. He has been a PD deputy in several legislatures and has been involved in the construction business for years.
