The two deputies of the Democratic Party, Flutura Açka and Ina Zhupa, clashed with each other today at the meeting of the Education Committee. The reason was Zhupa's accusation that this Commission, where Flutura Açka is the chairperson, has more violations.

Among other things, Ina Zhupa has accused Flutura Ačka of protecting the Minister of Culture Elva Margariti, while she has replied that she does not allow her to speak in that language and that she does not oppose more than her.

Socialist MP Petro Koçi intervened in the middle of the debate, who requested that the Education Commission not turn into a "Big Brother".

Zhupa : New year, old ice. We will be a commission more violated and less logical than any other commission.

Açka : I don't allow you to speak to me here with this language at all. Make the violations specific. Zhupa : Yes, I have it with you! I will tell you now what the violations are about. Allow me... Today we have to approve the calendar, while as you know and in work practice, no meeting is announced without the calendar being approved by the committee. Future meetings are announced after the calendar is approved. The first violation is that the next meeting at 12:00, all candidates have been notified without the calendar being approved. The regulation does not say so. The calendar should be adjusted and then the members should be notified. Secondly, one of the candidates Mr. Albert Minga, was elected by this commission to be a member of the RTSH Steering Council, was put in the plenary session to be voted on and withdrew, and the reason why the vacant position of the steering council was opened, was the resignation of Albert Minga.

Let me finish, then explain it all together, thank you for being together (It's for Ačka and the SP deputies who are talking). And ironically, Albert Minga is the first to submit the file to apply for the position of member of the RTSH Governing Council. Eva Margariti was scheduled for the annual session in December, and for a misunderstanding of Margariti we have done. The chairman of the commission has said out loud that the first meeting we will hold will be Elva Margariti. Elva has confirmed the date January 19 at 11:00. Ms. Magariti can come to a session on cultural heritage sites, where the Bird Bridge can also be discussed.

Açka : You don't like these tales at all. You have not made more opposition than me here...In this parliament and in this commission. You ran away when you needed to be, I opposed myself, you abandoned me by opposing alone. You have done PR in other countries sir. I do not allow you or God these insinuations!

Koçi : Let's not turn the commission into Big Brother. Provocative language. We must continue according to the calendar and a parliamentary tradition.
