Prime Minister Edi Rama will gather today in the Presidency of the Assembly the ministers and deputies of the parliamentary group. The meeting will start at 10:00, while the prime minister's speech in front of them, as never before in similar meetings, will be open to the media.
Rama himself has revealed very little of this meeting in a post on Facebook the day before, when he wrote that he will present a new initiative for Albania 2030.
"The Socialist Party, governance, law, corruption and a New National Initiative for Albania 2030. Addressing the Parliamentary Group and the Government Cabinet," wrote Rama.
The MPs have been asked not to be absent, while 30 minutes before the meeting with them, the Prime Minister has planned a meeting with the heads of the commissions headed by representatives of the Socialist Party.
Current political issues, or those related to justice at a time when many left and right exponents are turning to the doors of SPAK suspected of corruption and abuse of public functions, may also be the focus of his speech.
For this, Rama has asked for a deep reformation in the State Administration, even creating a Special Ministry for Public Administration and Anticorruption at the beginning of this year, headed by Adea Pirden.
