From today the digital platform of government services e-Albania already has a virtual assistant through artificial intelligence to be at the service of citizens who seek services.

The presentation ceremony of the virtual assistant 1.0 was also attended by Prime Minister Edi Rama and by the director of AKSHIT, Mirlinda Karçanaj.

The virtual assistant will be at the service of citizens in writing 24 hours a day, while Rama guaranteed that within the year 2024, the virtual assistant will move to the 2.0 level and will be with voice and image.

" The day will not be far away, we believe within the coming year when the citizen will request the service and all the processes that the citizen himself does today with the help of this personal public servant will make the servant himself and the citizen receive the relevant document without any physical interaction on his part ," said Rama.

Rama also presented Enion, the "head" of the AKSH team for artificial intelligence.
