The Constitutional Court will hold a session today, where the request of 30 opposition deputies against the Agreement with Italy for immigrants, which they consider unconstitutional, is being examined.

The review at the Constitutional Court, which was scheduled to take place on January 24, was postponed, since on January 23, the deputies of the Berisha-Bardhi group submitted a request for some additional evidence related to the agreement.

While on January 18, when the second session took place, after being considered on December 13, the closed-door session at the Constitutional Court was postponed after the 'Constitutional' asked the government for the Treaty of Friendship with Italy in 1995 as evidence.
