DP MP Luçiano Boçi has stated that there were problems regarding the minutes of the vote on the "Gender Equality" law voted on in the last plenary session.

Boçi accused that the minutes were falsified, while adding that deputies who were not present at the session were marked as not having voted.

Luçiano Boçi: Jozefina Topalli, Ina Zhupa, Flamur Noka were not present at the session and you marked “did not vote”. Even the head of the parliamentary group Gazment Bardhi was excluded but you marked “did not vote”. This is not a coincidence, it is intentional, I do not know how many times this story has happened in sensitive laws with public sensitivity. We were unequivocally in violation of the law.
