Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, after twice refusing SPAK's summonses for January 21, says he will appear before the Special Prosecution Office tomorrow.

Berisha attacked Altin Dumani, saying that he was misused and used the summons for two weeks to carry out propaganda.  

"Will I go, let no one ask the question. I have gone and will go for every announcement. I have the law. Look at what extreme misuse by Altin Troplini of the institution he leads, on the 3rd I was in accordance with the law in the SKAP offices. The journalists were at the door, I entered and left and they did not say a word.

If they had a notice, they could have given it to me directly, they could have given it to my lawyer. Berisha didn't receive a call, he was making sure the news of Rama and Balluk's 97 million euros was covered.
