Opposition deputy Dashamir Shehi has released a stream of criticism towards the previous and current government regarding concession contracts.
From the Economy Commission, Shehi started it from Rapiskani, which he called a scandal, blaming the government before 2013 and today's majority. He proposed that these contracts be blocked and no longer be awarded at a time when these procedures are not applied by the EU.
" I am telling you some commissions, Rapiskani, that neither Rapi nor Skani had. It was sold for 500 thousand ALL. It is a great shame for the government. Those trucks that pass with drugs pass through Rapiskan. This removes the responsibility of this government and that government that was 1 year ago in 2013.
If there was vagrancy in that government before, which I believe there was, you should have fixed it. This concessionaire line has been there before, but it has been amplified. Rapiskan had a strange thing, that they had hung on his back businessmen, and not the state.
While the state pays with these contracts. I would return that Rapiskani once again, I would pay the first for the police. If they pay themselves, drugs pay. These years there have been many strange concessions, which we cannot justify.
Every concessionary contract, although we have made a law, we can make Mrs. Tabaku's proposals, must be a collective responsibility. We raise our hands against you in the Assembly. A contract is made for the parliament and no matter how smart this institution is, it has no skills. Even if we want to investigate tomorrow, there is nothing we can do anymore ", says Dashamir Shehi.
