The mayor of Vlora, Ermal Dredha, has resigned today.
The news was reported to Top News by sources within Dredha's staff; the mayor himself has not yet reacted regarding the motives.
It is learned that Dredha's resignation came as a result of his poor performance at the head of the coastal city's municipality.
Dredha took up this position in July 2023.
