The head of the State Agency for Expropriation is dismissed, here's who will replace him

The Council of Ministers decided this Wednesday, September 10, to dismiss the head of the State Agency for Expropriation, Kastriot Gurra. According to the decision published on the official website of the Prime Minister's Office, Ermal Shena has been appointed in his place.

"In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 3, Chapter III, of Decision No. 395, dated 13.5.2020, of the Council of Ministers, "On the manner of organization and functioning of the State Agency for Expropriation", upon the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, the Council of Ministers decided:

Kastriot Gurra, Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation, is relieved of this duty. Ermal Shena is appointed Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation. This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the “Official Gazette”, the decision of the Council of Ministers states.

Kastriot Gurra has held the position of head of the State Expropriations Agency since January 2024.
