The Special Court of Appeal has started reviewing the appeal on the fate of the affiliation of the Democratic Party. "Reestablishment" is represented in court by Ivi Kaso, Oerd Bylykbashi and Ledina Mandia, while Lulzim Basha is represented by lawyers Rezart Kthupi and Indrit Sefa.

The representatives of Berisha ask the trial body not to accept the appeal made by Enkelejd Alibeaj, since according to them they are not parties to the process. 

While the court has withdrawn for a decision, sources for Top News claim that the decision will be postponed to another date.
