In Vaun e Deja, it seems that the candidate of Together We Win has accepted the defeat, congratulating the socialists.

Although there are still ballot boxes to be counted, there is a difference of 2,300 votes between them.

"The count went very very normal, and normal that one will win," said Hila before shaking hands with Shkreli.

"Good luck", he also wished him.

Also in the race is the candidate of the Democratic Party, Klomentina Drini, who has fewer votes, and does not pose a risk.
