At the Tourism Fair in Madrid, Spain, Prime Minister Edi Rama was accompanied by Tourism Minister Mirela Kumbaro and several mayors.

A video circulating on the net shows Prime Minister Rama in a wheelchair accompanied by several other people. 

This was probably a joke by the prime minister to catch the eye of the foreign investors who were at that fair in Madrid.
