Four new deputy ministers were appointed to office today by decision of the Council of Ministers.

These are Elona Hoxha, appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Justice, Fatmir Guri as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Besjana Kadiu appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy and Vilma Premti Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

DECISIONS:

APPOINTMENT DECISION

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 6, of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers”, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

Mr. Besjan Kadiu is appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 6, of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers”, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers

Ms. Elona Hoxha is appointed Deputy Minister of Justice.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
