The majority has put the drafts for Territorial and Electoral Reform up for discussion today.

At today's meeting of the Conference of Speakers, in the draft of the election, it is stated that this commission will consist of 16 members and will be divided equally between 8 members of the Socialist Party and 8 members of the Opposition.

This commission will also be led by two co-chairs, one from the SP and one from the DP.

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, debated with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla.

During the meeting of the Conference of Mayors, the democrat exploded with accusations against the socialist leader, Taulant Balla, for involvement in organized crime.

Bardhi accused Balla of having connections with the strongman of Elbasan, Suel Çela, but there was also an inappropriate response from the socialist.

Bardhi:  What you did with the last session is a violation of the Rules of Procedure and the Constitution. You cannot close the Assembly because the deputies are speaking. The session of October 9 was closed unilaterally. In that Assembly there are deputies who get their strength from organized crime and think they can silence others. Forget it! If the Assembly is led by the leader of the group, tell us, because the opposition has no place in an Assembly that is dictated by the forces of cardboard. If you cannot hold that chair, give it to the leader of the group that you have there with the votes of organized crime.

Balla: Go away, you bastard.
