The President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vučić, has once again affirmed his opposition to the draft proposed by Edi Rama for the Association of Serb-majority municipalities in the north of Kosovo.

He stated that Edi Rama is not a member of the Management Team and therefore cannot make a draft statute for the Association.

" As far as I know, Edi Rama is not a member of the Serbian Management Team. Not even the prime minister of Kosovo , Albin Kurti , who seems to want to be part of that team, as he also has something written, but he has no right to have it written.

We have nothing to negotiate here. Give us only the principles and bodies of the Association as negotiated and as I initialized it in 2015 with (at that time the Prime Minister of Kosovo) Isa Mustafa . We ask for nothing more. Do you know when it will be? Never, certainly not while Kurt is in power, " he said.
