Today at 09:00 a.m., a court session has been scheduled in the GJKKO Appeal for Sali Berisha. In this session, Appel is expected to decide on the security measure against the former prime minister of the country, related to the investigations into the "Partizani" file, a decision appealed by his two lawyers.

Meanwhile, at 10:00, Berisha will have to appear according to the ordinance, at SPAK, as we remember that in the first session, he refused to go.

But what will happen at the 10:00 session and if Berisha does not appear, remains to be seen as all options are open, depending on the decision of the Appeal, which may uphold the 'binding' decision appearance' or knock it down.

According to the jurists, if the Appeal accepts the appeal of the lawyers and overturns the security measure, then Berisha's call at 10:00 a.m. to SPAK becomes invalid.

In the meantime, if the Appeal upholds the decision against him, and the former prime minister does not appear, then SPAK has the right to request stricter measures, but for this to happen, he will have to request authorization from the Assembly.
