Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted harshly to the murder of Appeals Judge Astrit Kalaja, while accusing Prime Minister Rama of the state of the justice system.

He said that Rama is exploiting the murder of the judge to change the penal code. Among other things, he said that no minister is held responsible.

"If there was responsibility, and its minimum, the event could never have happened in the Court of Appeals hall. But there is no one responsible and no one is held accountable. Rama continues to say that the criminal code is to blame. That code that punishes the greatest punishments.

Ministers or pseudo-ministers say in chorus; it's the illegal gun that's to blame. There are no more slanderous people than these.

These people shame the village, the city, the tribe, everyone. These people are the ones who run! This is Rama's attempt to reveal, to break the Rakipi code.

"They want to break the code of the Narco-Dictatorship. They are using the blood of a judge to break the code of the Narco-Dictatorship. Who is stopping the detective?
