The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, is holding an online conversation with Italian Albanians, who have gathered in Rome.

During his speech, Berisha said that the neighboring country has given a great help to Albania for the development of the country as well as the fight against organized crime. He further added that he said that if it were not for the Italian anti-mafia, the former Minister of the Interior would be on the post of Deputy Prime Minister today.

"First of all, I greet you and all the Albanian immigrants in Rome, Italy and wherever they are. I thank you for coming today to this very important forum, in a conversation with you representatives of our emigration, a forum that takes place on the eve of a major event in Italy, the return to power of the right-wing political forces in Italy and is also important for Europe. I express gratitude to the Italian government for the support and friendship it has shown towards the Albanians. Italy makes a great contribution to the fight against organized crime. The Italian anti-mafia has contributed to the battle against the Albanian mafia. Sajmir the skater would be deputy prime minister today if it wasn't for the Italian anti-mafia."  - said Berisha.
