The head of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha says that Serbia intends to take control of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, while he calls the attack in the north of Kosovo as the "first act" of this plan.
Basha said that Belgrade intended to divide the North of Kosovo, but failed thanks to the professional work and quick response of the Kosovo Police in cooperation with international partners. Serbia's plans are helped by the Kremlin, Basha said on the "Open" show of journalist Eni Vasili.
Basha further said that Serbia's announcement of a day of mourning for the terrorists killed in Kosovo clearly shows that Serbia takes responsibility for this attack.
Part of Basha's statement:
The event is a secret scenario to make the de-facto division of northern Kosovo. The scenario is clear, what they couldn't do with a pseudo-diplomatic attempt a few years ago, they are trying to do now with paramilitaries. It is a plan of the "Serbian world". The aim is also to bring Montenegro under partial or complete control with the Serbian factors there. This goes against NATO's policy in the Balkans. It is the destruction of the NATO architecture. This is a real plan and strategy of the Kremlin and it aims to destabilize the Western Balkans. The first act of this scenario was to take northern Kosovo by force, to continue with Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The failure of this scenario is thanks to the professional work of the Kosovo Police and international partners.
Proclamation of mourning day in Serbia. Everyone understands that this is taking responsibility from Belgrade. Instead of distancing himself, he decided to make the highest constructions for the remaining victims of this terrorist attack.
