Rama and Begaj "forget" Kosovo, go to Italy for meetings and tributes!

President of the Republic Bajram Begaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama are going to Italy today.

Begaj will participate in the state funeral of the former President of the Republic of Italy, Senator for Life, Giorgio Napolitano .

Important figures of Italian and European politics will be present at the ceremony that will take place at the Italian Parliament in Rome .

Former President Napolitano has been a permanent supporter of Albania's integration into the European Union and of respecting the rights of Albanians.

While the Prime Minister is leaving for Italy this afternoon, he is expected to hold a meeting tomorrow with his Italian counterpart, Giorgia Meloni, while today Rama will meet with the President of the Senate.

Unlike President Begaj , Prime Minister Rama will not participate in the tributes that will be performed in honor of former President Napolitano.
