The chapter of the clashes over who controls the headquarters appears to have been closed and already the second phase of the 'civil war' between the Re-establishment and the 'bashists' has shifted to control of the official communication channels of the Democratic Party and the base.

Both sides talk about the need for union, avoiding divisive language and hatred, and disconnecting from the past. The latter seems to separate them. If Berisha's part speaks of the break from the near past (i.e. the break from Basha), the part of The Oblast speaks of the break from the distant past (i.e. Berisha).

In The Saranda, on the occasion of the commemoration of the four April 2nd albanians alongside Berisha, deputies known as supporters of The Oblast also appeared, creating the perception that Berisha took the base 100 percent more.

But the 'Basha' resistance is continuing.
