SPAK has decided not to initiate investigations into the complaint of the democratic candidate, Aulon Kalaja, who two weeks ago denounced the KAS for abuse of power for the partial recount of ballot boxes in the Durrës district.

The decision not to initiate the investigation was made by the special prosecutor, Sotir Kllapi. SPAK has also decided not to initiate the investigation for the denunciation of the criminal group.

Meanwhile, the Special Prosecution Office has ruled out jurisdiction over the crime of falsifying the election results and referred it to the Durrës Prosecution Office for further investigation.
