The appeal gave Berisha the stamp of PD, Stresi: Tropojans who have opposed us,
Sali Berisha/ Archimede Lushaj

After two and a half years of battle with the parties, the Court of Appeal has left the seal of the Democratic Party to Sali Berisha.

The court did not accept Basha's appeal, leaving in effect the decision of the First Instance of Judge Agron Zhukri.

The well-known singer Arkimed Lushaj, known by the stage name "Stresi", gave an interview after the Court of Appeal gave the stamp of the DP to Sali Berisha.

Arkimed Lushaj :  It is an old saying that no one can take your house and no one can occupy it. Find a hole and let the communists in with Erjona Veliaj, with Ed the drug addict and all these communist puppies. I have only one thing for my patriots from Tropo, who came against us, take the cows and sheep and go back where they came from. There is nothing that can take away our home. Tropoians who have come against us, take the cows and go back where they came from.  I am Arkimed Lushaj, I will fight until death, I will see you at the protests very soon.
