Sali Berisha paid homage to the Independence monument in Vlora.

On this 111th anniversary of Independence, Berisha has placed flowers on the monument near Flag Square.

But Berisha also made a political promise, saying that Edi Rama " will be packed up and taken to Serbia, where he belongs ".

"Today, all Albanians bow down with boundless gratitude, the greatest respect before the immortal work of Ismail Bej Vlora. I came to swear that the Albanian Pashiqi who has just placed the crown there is the last one, because the Albanians will pack it in Belgrade where it belongs. There has never been a traitor like this nation. This is a solemn oath before the father of Independence", said Berisha in a communication to the media.

We remind you that earlier the flag raising ceremony was held, where Prime Minister Edi Rama, President Bajram Begaj, Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and other officials were present .
