The Assembly of Albania held a ceremony today on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitution.

In her message, the speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, emphasized the reform in justice, saying that the myth of the untouchables has already fallen, while the culture of inviolability is being replaced by the principle of no one above the law.

"Today there is no doubt that the myth of untouchables is being broken and the culture of untouchability is being replaced with the principle of no one above the law and no one under the law.

The great popular consensus for the new justice system is an inspiration for the Assembly and a great support for the constitution", said Nikolla.

During her speech, Nikola brought attention to the importance of implementing the Constitution.

" The Assembly will not allow the elected to impose their will on those who elected them. A decade ago, we faced a system of corruption, which had turned into a heavy weapon of the anti-state ," said Nikolla.
