Speaking at the "Atlantic Council", Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the danger that threatens our region, according to him, if the right thing is not done to keep the conflict out.

Rama said that the region should not fall prey to confrontations, but should triple efforts for peace.

Regarding the association, Rama said that the leaders in Kosovo have accepted it in principle, and this, according to him, is a merit of Albin Kurti and the government of Kosovo, to demonstrate the will to move forward.

"The war between Israel and Hamas is really dangerous, because Hamas and those who support it are real agents of chaos. And this chaos that they want to spread everywhere, not only in the Middle East, can also affect our region if we are not aware and do not do the right thing to keep this conflict out.

We must not fall prey to confrontations and escalations but triple our efforts to normalize and make peace. I am encouraged by the change in approach of the Kosovo authorities accepting the association in principle. The prime minister and the government of Kosovo showed an important will to move forward and seek a solution, not an alibi or to look for the past instead of the future", said Rama, among other things.
