The Fier Court has ordered the security measure "Arrest in prison" for 60-year-old teacher Madrid Sula, arrested a few days ago by the Lushnja Police, on suspicion of sexually harassing a 13-year-old student through text messages.

The court hearing was held behind closed doors, and the court deemed the teacher's arrest in flagrante delicto legal.

Madrid Sula is suspected of the criminal offenses of "Sexual Harassment", "Abuse of Office" and "Pornography", provided for by the Criminal Code.

After reviewing the Prosecution's request and the evidence presented at the hearing, Judge Noel Veizi imposed the measure "Arrest in prison" for the 60-year-old.

The decision may be appealed to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction within 5 days of the communication of the reasoned decision.
