BBC journalist Laura Kuenssberg has revealed several episodes of inappropriate behavior by British politicians that she has experienced during her career. The accounts are included in her new book, where she describes harassment and embarrassing situations with several political figures.

One of the episodes involves a government minister who allegedly attempted to involve the journalist in a threesome during a political conference. Kuenssberg says he was invited to the minister's hotel room for drinks.

When she arrived, his partner was there, and the minister was lying on the bed, with a few buttons of his shirt undone. The journalist says she finished her drink and left.

Asked by The Times newspaper whether the senior politician had intended to have a threesome with her, she replied that it was possible, but did not rule out the possibility that he had misunderstood the situation.

"Well, maybe yes and maybe no. Like I said, maybe no and I got it completely wrong. It was very embarrassing," she declared.

Another episode recounted in the book involves a married minister with whom the journalist had informal meetings to discuss political issues. He invited her to the theater, where, she claims, he touched her inappropriately.

Kuenssberg also says that another politician greeted her by kissing her on the head, while a member of the House of Lords sent her a message that she described as "very creepy", commenting on her outfit during a television broadcast.

The journalist has decided not to reveal the names of the politicians involved or the political parties they represent. The accounts in the new book shed light on the journalist's personal experiences and the inappropriate behavior she says she encountered while reporting on and interacting with senior figures in British politics.
