New details have been revealed from the document for the divorce request that Xhensila Myrtezaj and Bes Kallaku filed in the Court of Tirana.

According to the filed document, the couple has not lived together for 1 year and the rifts between them started 2 years ago. It is learned that their marriage was no longer working and remained only formal.

" Marital relations have been good and harmonious. In the last two years, the couple's relationship has deteriorated, due to constant misunderstandings, which, despite dedication from both sides, have not found a common language for a final solution. The couple has not been living together for about a year. In the conditions that the marriage has remained formal and does not work anymore, and has lost its meaning for which it was entered into, the plaintiff addresses the Court with a lawsuit for the dissolution of this marriage and the regulation of the consequences that come from it, "the document reads.

FULL LETTER:

"The plaintiff, Xhensila Kallaku, and the defendant, Besart Kallaku, entered into a marriage between them, which they celebrated on 13.06.2018, as evidenced by the marriage certificate issued by the Civil Status Office 381, Administrative Unit no. 9. The litigants are affectionately known. The plaintiff and the defendant met at a very young age. They have built their relationship on the basis of love and mutual respect. The litigants started living with each other in 2011, in the apartment of the defendant's parents.

On September 1 (one) of 2017, the parties performed the de facto marriage. After celebrating their wedding, the parties have started living together.
