Artist Robert Aliaj spoke about singer Parashqevi Simaku, stating that the issue is being exaggerated. Aliaj said that he knows Simaku closely and she has never been interesting to him.

According to him, she had a very rustic and uncultured mentality. Further on the show "Zonë e Lirë", he added that the singer was smart, but repressed.

" She was a being with a very peasant mentality, smart but uncultured, of course she sang beautifully. She is an artist who manipulated the masses, she was one of those who brainwashed the masses. She did it partly on purpose, partly on purpose. That's how I know Parashqeviė. I sang on the state stage, but I personally didn't have any kind of attraction because she didn't meet any feminine aesthetic criteria for me. She was charming, but she didn't arouse any interest in me at all. We sang together on stage, but she was a peasant and that's it. There are more peasants in Tirana than those who live in caves. In so many years, there was a chance and we talked. We greeted her, but I don't remember anything. She was completely out of any interest that I had as a woman and as an artist. She was smart, she understood the situation. She was smarter than many singers more talented than she was, she understood the situation. She made the difference because she wasn't rebellious at all, she wasn't free. "We were all oppressed at that time, but she herself, as a woman by nature and by upbringing, was more oppressed. It wasn't just Parashqevi's fault ," Aliaj said.

While the entrepreneur, Elton Ilirjani, who helped him, described him as a "charlatan" and his behavior as shameless.

Parashqevi Simaku had been missing for years. The figure of the famous singer returned to the public's attention after a video broadcast by the American television "Abc 7" shocked the network. In the images on social networks, Parashqevi Simaku appeared, who was receiving assistance as a homeless person. But she was found by businessman Ilirjani, who is taking care of her.
