Why does Apple always put the time at 9:41 when it introduces the iPhone?

Recently, the new iPhone 16 series was introduced and an interesting thing caught the eye of many Apple fans.

The clock on Apple's new phones during the presentation was set to 9:41 (US time), so fans noticed that this is the case with all devices that Apple presents to the public.

Many have asked why this is so, and the answer lies in the decision of one man, owner Steve Jobs.

Scott Forstall, head of the original iPhone/iPad software development team, explained that "the main product launch is usually 40 minutes after the launch."

"When the big picture of a new product appears, we want the time that viewers watch to be the same as in real life," he said.

So Apple originally planned for the time to be set at 9:42, but Jobs noticed during a hands-on presentation that the unveiling of the new iPhone series was happening around 9:41.

Given that he was a perfectionist, Jobs decided that the image would be changed for all the devices and show exactly 9:41 on them.
