The ex-husband of the actress Rudina Dembacaj, Aleksandër Varfaj, responded to a statement of his ex-wife, where the issue of their child was in focus.
His answer came after Rudina talked about the divorce that was the topic of the program she moderates and accused her ex-husband of hiding his income, not giving what he is entitled to, payment for their daughter Viktoria.
Meanwhile, the ex-partner of the actress has reacted to this statement, focusing on two moments, firstly, the obstacles to depositing the ex-wife's monthly money in the bank account and secondly, the impossibility to meet her daughter.
He says that he has not met his daughter for almost 3 years because of the actress and accuses her of not giving him her daughter's bank account in time to make the deposit.
"You act as if you forget, I believe that you gave me the account after I don't know how many requests from my side, so that I would be in order with the state, that those payments that I made, when OPGJ received you on the phone, I told you that you have not paid anything '. And your excuse was 'why would I say that, you paid them'?", he wrote in a long reaction on social networks.
But apart from the conflict over the girl, the couple has another trial, this time about the house, where the couple lived after they got married.
Even on this topic, Alexander himself mentioned it somehow in his post. The couple has been in another court case for almost 3 years, as the actress wants to take the house where the couple lived.
The ex-husband himself has informed that the apartment is his and that nothing belongs to the ex-wife, but the actress has insisted on her demands and the trial is still in progress, sparking yet another conflict between the ex-couple.
It seems that the quarrel about the house has also led to the breakdown of the good relationship they had for the sake of their daughter.
We remember that after the separation, Rudina and Aleksi were often seen in each other's company, for Victoria's sake, but the conflict over the property has caused them to break this relationship by hitting the doors of the court, with a confrontation not only for custody, but also for the house. When the actress herself spoke about her divorce, she did not hide her dissatisfaction with her ex-husband.
"Albanian fathers want the same rights as the mother after the divorce, but not equal obligations. According to the law, it is 150 thousand old lek per month for the child, but nowadays it is insufficient. I have chosen to open an account for my daughter and have that money when she grows up. As soon as pension increase is mentioned, the other party finds excuses, hiding the income, showing that there is no opportunity and aggravates the whole situation. What is even more serious is that that child has to wait endlessly for the court date to come because the court does not take over the cases so quickly. And a child who goes to meet his own people, has to wait and the court for my daughter is very well known. "Albanian parents do not know what they are causing this child by renouncing their obligations and implying that the child's reaction is a result of the mother's influence," she said.
A year ago, the well-known actress, Rudina Dembacaj, was sentenced to 6 months in prison by the Court of Appeal, but that was converted to 80 hours of probation.
Her sentence was commuted after the Court, due to the low risk and the sentence of less than 1 year in prison, decided to serve her sentence outside.
Dembacaj was convicted after being criminally accused by her ex-husband Aleksandër Varfaj, after he had taken their daughter out of the country by falsifying the power of attorney.
The power of attorney, which should have been signed by the girl's father, was forged, so the daughter went out of the country without her father's knowledge.
