Invited to the show "Ndryshe" on Top Albania Radio, with moderators Elona Duro and Salsano Rrapi, was Arbër Hajdari, the well-known "Big Brother VIP Albania" opinion piece and the head of the "Fundjavë Ndryshe" foundation.
During the conversation, Hajdari shared more details about his beginnings in running the foundation, but also touched on his experience as a commentator on the highly watched show. He spoke openly about how he sees this role, emphasizing that he does not consider being a commentator a proper profession.
Asked by Salsano if being an opinion leader is a profession for him, Arbri emphatically stated that it is not, and even added that he does not agree with those who consider him such. According to him, this role should not remain in the hands of the same names for long, as the public needs to hear new and different perspectives.
Conversation:
Salsano : Is being an opinion writer a profession for you?
Arbër: No, it's not and I refuse to accept it for all those who say it, because I also think it should change after a while.
Elona: Why should it change?
Arbër: It doesn't always have to be the same, because people need to see things from different perspectives, so it can't be work.
Elona: So you're saying you won't be around anymore?
Arbër: I didn't say that, I say what is better. I think that an opinionist is a person who has his own experience, on the things he has gone through in life, and shares his opinion as he sees the world because he cannot see it as people want it, but the important thing is that he says his opinion.
Salsano: There are many opinion leaders in television studios...
Elona: Political journalists…
Arbër: If we're talking about political journalists, we're talking about political journalists, if we're talking about people who take on the responsibility of doing everything, I think that in the end they don't do anything. Because you can't do everything, you don't have time to get the information you need to verify whether it's true. How can we talk about everything?
