The opening ceremony of the Diaspora Summit was held this afternoon, held at the Opera and Ballet Theater building.

Meanwhile, in the Summit reception area, a meeting between Prime Minister Edi Rama and Stenaldo Mëhilli, the former resident of this edition of "Big Brother VIP", caught our attention.

Meanwhile, during the Diaspora Summit, President Bajram Begaj decorated Gentian Toshkëzi with the Supreme Order of the Eagle. Footballer Lorik Cana was decorated with the title of Knight of the Order of Skanderbeg. Klarita Gërxhani received the Order of the Knight of the Academic Oak. Also, Shqiponja Telhaj was decorated with the Order of the Knight of the Academic Oak.

The summit will have its main days tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, with the official opening on Tuesday. It is expected that Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha will speak tomorrow, while Prime Minister Edi Rama will also speak, and he will reveal his vision regarding the Summit's call, which he has described as a window for dialogue between Albania and Albanians living abroad.
