Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan appeared in a Romanian court today after the UK issued arrest warrants for them.

The Tate brothers were arrested by Romanian police on Monday evening after a warrant was issued accusing them of sexual abuse in Britain.

The Court of Appeal of Bucharest decided to postpone the delivery of the decision.

Andrew Tate, 37, and Tristan Tate, 35, "categorically deny all allegations," their legal representative said as they were being held in custody.

Romanian police said two arrest warrants were issued by British authorities for human exploitation in the UK.

A representative for the Tate brothers before the hearing described the arrest warrant as a "resurgence of ten-year-old allegations" that has left the brothers "shocked and deeply disturbed".

"They categorically reject all allegations and express deep disappointment that such serious allegations are being revived without substantial new evidence," the statement said.

"They are fully committed to challenging these allegations with determination and unwavering determination," it added.

Their legal representatives claim that the charges cover the years 2012-2015.

Andrew, wearing a hoodie, and Tristan arrived at court in handcuffs escorted by police.

They said nothing to the many reporters gathered outside the court, but as they left the court, Andrew smiled when asked if he was ready to go home.

After the hearing, the lawyer for the Eugen Vidineac brothers told reporters that he did not have much information about the arrest warrant and did not know if new evidence had emerged against them.
