Moderator Marina Vjollca had a health problem while she was eating.

In a post on InstaStory, she showed that she had a fish needle stuck in her throat, while also asking for advice from her followers, where she wrote: "What should I do when a fish needle gets stuck in my throat? Help!"

In the next post, Marina has published the responses of her followers, most of whom advise her to eat dry breadcrumbs, but it seems that even this "popular cure" has not worked. 

"I finished a whole loaf of bread and it doesn't work," the moderator wrote along with the responses from the followers.
