Ema Andrea, the very talented artist who is very loved by the public, shared two of the most painful stories of her life in the show "Rudina", in the column 2+3. She shared that one of the most bitter moments of her life was when her mother left this world, saying that she understands her completely now that she is no more.
Another serious event in Ema Andrea's life was the divorce, but she says that "the divorce was painful, but more painful than it was the reaction of society", which at that time made this difficult moment for her her life even more difficult.
Emma Andrea: 99% of the public expects me to say divorce, but yes divorce was painful, but more painful than divorce was the reaction of society. It was a very dramatic reaction that left a strong impression on me. It has marked me, it has frustrated me, it took me a lot of work to love society, or to understand it. I had to empathize with all those who attacked me. This has been more serious than the divorce itself, which is serious, because one paints the house, does normal things, changes the routine and gets bored, and no longer breaks up a relationship, which is no longer a personal relationship, but are including other people. Our society does not forgive this. I give you epithets that follow you every step, everything you do, moreover, my work is public. Followed by an opinion that is created very easily. Now even more easily, through portals, that not all of them are dignified, some of them are such that they deserve that vocabulary that is not said on television and I'm saving it, but that I potentially have that vocabulary. They continue to lure and orient what I call the public towards what does not represent me. There are some choices of yours, that belong only to you, which our society knows how to manipulate to hurt you.
Furthermore, Ema Andrea added that her relationship did not end due to violence or betrayal, despite the fact that at that time these things were rumored. She also says that they have remained friends with Sara's father, but this seems unacceptable in Albanian society. The actress says that things changed so much for her immediately that she noticed the changes even in people's greetings.
"The greeting also changed, you know?! This is not frustration, it is observation in a very large space of knowledge. I was no longer the talented actress, I was no longer the well-read artist, I was just a guilty woman who wasn't asking for forgiveness. She wasn't sitting in the corner asking for help," said Ema Andrea, showing how the divorce affected her in her professional relationships as well.
