Last month, Paige Spiranac was selected by Maxim magazine as the sexiest woman in the world.

The 29-year-old American has been one of the most talented golfers, but her career in the sport did not go as expected and Paige became famous more on social networks. Although she has not officially retired from golf, she has not participated in any tournaments since 2016.

As "The Sun" publishes, Paige Spiranac has suffered badly from the fame she has received in recent months. The 29-year-old herself said: "A man approached me and asked me to take a picture. He then told me that I had taken $10,000 from him and started threatening me. I was terrified".

" It's been two months since things got worse, I don't feel safe. I am very afraid and do not leave the house. I had never had anything like this happen to me before. I feel like I'm being followed. A lot of people say that famous people have these problems, but it shouldn't be like that ," adds Paige Spiranac.
