Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has recently honored Queen Elizabeth where she said that this year Christmas will be very different without her.

Kate, who became Princess of Wales after Charles ascended the throne, organized an event at Westminster Abbey and dedicated it to the late monarch and all those who are missing a relative.

“This Christmas will be our first without her late majesty, Queen Elizabeth. "The Queen held Christmas close to her heart as a time that brings people together and reminds us of the importance of faith, friendship and family, as well as showing empathy and compassion," she said.

Kate pre-recorded her message earlier this month amid final preparations for the celebratory concert for more than 1,800 people at Westminster Abbey.

This event which was filmed and took place last Thursday and will be broadcast on Christmas Eve.

In addition to Kate, many members of the royal family, including the Prince of Wales, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, the King and his wife were also present at the event.
