A 67-year-old man, suspected of illegally selling his apartment twice, was arrested in Fier.

Njazi Vrenozi is accused of the criminal offense of fraud.

His scheme was discovered when a 45-year-old man reported that several other citizens were living in the apartment he had purchased in 2016 from the 67-year-old.

The investigation, says the Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Section, revealed that in 2024, the perpetrator had sold the apartment to another 32-year-old.
