After the violence and vulgar language used, the director of the Dibër hospital was dismissed from her post.

Irini Shehu was involved in several scandals one after another during her time as director.

First, she raped the economist with hard objects, slitting his forehead with a paper clip.

Later, it degraded to banal vocabulary and threatening language, when one of the hospital staff sent her a message criticizing the violence inflicted on the economist.

"Today, the director of the Peshkopi Hospital, Irini Shehu (the terror of the Hospital), held a meeting with us and threatened us on social media. Look what she said, I just wrote and provoked her," the staff member's message said.

" I'll drink your blood, you whore ," Irini Shehu writes , adding that " There's no son of a bitch who can take me away from there ."
