The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has sent Renato Bodurri , who emerged from SPAK files as a member of the " Çopja " clan in Elbasan, to trial .

Bodurri hit Gjergj Zefi, the administrator of the online portal 'Pamlefti', with a "baseball bat".

According to the Prosecution, after hitting the administrator of the online portal 'Pamphlet', several people ran away in a black car.

The administrator of the online portal 'Pamlefti' was attacked, the Tirana Prosecution Office sends to trial for the criminal offense of 'Assault due to duty ' in collaboration with citizen RB

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana is bringing citizen RB to trial for the criminal offense of 'Assault due to duty' in collaboration with the victim, citizen Gj.Z., as provided for in article 237/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

Within the framework of the investigations conducted within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 6833, the Tirana Prosecution Office concluded that citizen RB in collaboration with other yet unidentified persons committed the criminal offense in question against the citizen, Gj.Z. administrator of the online portal 'Pamfleti'.

The investigations were initiated based on referrals received from Police Station No. 3, after citizen Gj.Z. had presented to the Trauma Hospital after being hit from behind and did not remember what had happened, but examinations revealed injuries to the head, arm, lower lip, and both legs. 

After reviewing the video footage in the area where the incident occurred, the testimony of the resident who explained that several people had hit citizen Gj.Z. with a stick and then ran towards a black car, as well as identifying the vehicle used by the perpetrators to leave the scene, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana sent citizen RB to trial.
